Important Update: Viva Goals Retirement Announcement

Viva Goals will be retired on December 31, 2025, with no new feature development after December 5, 2024. Organizations using Viva Goals should disable auto-renewal and contact Microsoft for service plan queries or technical support. Users must be informed about this change.

Viva Goals will be retired on December 31, 2025. Microsoft will continue to maintain Viva Goals’ availability, accessibility and security through retirement. However, as of December 5, 2024, Microsoft will no longer invest in new feature development.].

While Viva Goals is being retired, Microsoft remains fully committed to the Viva suite as a whole, continuing to innovate and deliver tools to help our customers drive meaningful business impact.

• To prevent auto-renewal beyond the product’s retirement date, an admin should disable recurring billing in the Microsoft Admin Center. Detailed instructions can be found here.
• If your subscription extends beyond the product’s retirement date, or if you have questions or need help with your service plan, please contact your Microsoft representative or GoalsDecom@microsoft.com.
• If you have a technical question, please submit a support case in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
