Coming soon for Microsoft Teams Phone devices: The Shared call history feature will enable users to view the call history of shared lines, providing a comprehensive overview of all incoming, outgoing, and missed calls across shared lines.

General Availability (Worldwide, GCC): We will begin rolling out this feature from mid-March 2025 (previously mid-January) and expect to complete by late March 2025 (previously late January).
General Availability (GCC High): We will begin rolling out this feature from mid-April 2025 (previously mid-February) and expect to complete by late April 2025 (previously late February).
General Availability (DoD): We will begin rolling out this feature from mid-May 2025 and expect to complete by late May 2025

The Shared call history feature is designed to enhance collaboration and streamline communication in teams by offering visibility into shared line activities. Users can access call details, such as caller ID, call duration, and timestamps, ensuring they stay informed and can easily track call interactions.
[What you need to do to prepare:]
Please ensure that your Teams phone devices are updated with the latest application to get access to the new features mentioned above. The features listed above will ONLY be available with the latest application update. Please follow the steps in Shared line appearance in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Learn to set up a shared line.
This rollout will happen automatically by the specified date with no admin action required before the rollout. Review your current configuration to determine the impact for your organization. You may want to notify your users about this change and update any relevant documentation.
