We have paused automatic app updates for Microsoft Teams app version 1449/1.0.94.2026220406 on Phone devices. We identified an issue in this app version that disables Advanced Calling on CAP devices, resulting in reduced calling functionality.

To minimize customer impact, devices that have not yet received this update will remain on their current Teams app version until a corrected build is available.

• Devices that have already received this app version will remain affected until a fixed version is released or a workaround is applied.
• Only automatic updates are paused. Administrators can still manually update devices to this version through the Teams admin center.

2. If you have Teams Shared Devices (TSD) licenses, assign an IP Phone policy with the sign-in mode set to User sign-in for the affected accounts.
