We're introducing an additive user interface update to the organization panel in the Microsoft 365 profile card that can display a person's dotted-line manager relationship, in addition to their direct manager, when that data is available. This update helps employees better understand organizational structures in companies where reporting relationships span projects, business units, regions, or functions.

• This is an additive update to the user interface. If dotted-line manager data is not available, no additional manager relationship will be shown.
