We are announcing the ability to expand hiring by integrating with external agencies in Dynamics 365 Human Resources. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2026.

How does this affect me?
Users will be able to securely integrate external agencies with the applicant tracking system for candidate submission, progress tracking, and communication within established workflows. Built-in permissions, activity tracking, and performance visibility will help users maintain control over agency access, data, and hiring decisions.
