Dynamics 365 Sales - Create records in Dynamics 365 Sales using Sales agent

We are announcing the ability to create records using Sales agent in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2026.

How does this affect me?
Users will be able to create contacts, accounts, opportunities, and other Dynamics 365 Sales records directly in Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. An interactive form will appear inline in the chat and use conversation context to prepopulate relevant fields. Users can review and edit the values before submitting the record without switching apps, opening pop-ups, or navigating to another page.
