We are announcing the ability to automate HR leave sync for accurate project planning and tracking in Dynamics 365 Human Resources. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2026.

How does this affect me?
Users will be able to automatically synchronize employee leave and absence records from Dynamics 365 Human Resources to Project Operations time entry through Dataverse. This will ensure that Project Operations time tracking reflects current resource availability, while reducing manual data entry and improving the accuracy of time, billing, payroll, and project reporting.
