Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android: room users can change the app language

Teams Rooms on Android will allow users to temporarily change the app language per session from the console, aligning with Windows experience. The language selection applies only to the current session. When the Teams Rooms app restarts, it automatically returns to the room's configured default language, ensuring the device is not left in an unexpected language for the next user.
