Microsoft 365 Copilot: Personalized Copilot Suggestions Coming to Frontier

Microsoft 365 Copilot will introduce personalized AI suggestions in Copilot Chat for eligible Frontier program users starting early August 2026. These contextual prompts help users discover AI use cases based on their work patterns. No admin action is needed; users can choose to engage with suggestions.

We are introducing a new personalized experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot that helps users discover relevant ways to use AI in their daily work. As part of Copilot WorkIQ personalization capabilities, eligible users participating in the Frontier program may see contextual suggestions in Copilot Chat that highlight prompts and scenarios related to their work activities and patterns.

These suggestions are designed to help users identify opportunities to get more value from Microsoft 365 Copilot and learn practical ways AI can support their work. Users can choose whether to engage with the suggested prompts.

• Rollout will begin in early August 2026.
• Rollout is expected to complete in mid-August 2026.
