Dynamics 365 Sales - Ability to refresh opportunities research monthly

We are announcing the ability to refresh opportunities research monthly in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will reach general availability on August 30, 2026.

How does this affect me?
This feature provides admins with the following capabilities:

• Refresh frequency: Admins now have access to a monthly option in refresh frequency for businesses that don’t need to refresh opportunities frequently.
• More control by business lines: Combined with the multi-agent setup, admins can configure different refresh frequencies for different parts of their businesses.
