Microsoft Outlook: Collaborate with Copilot while drafting email

Microsoft Outlook will integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into the email compose experience by mid-July 2026, enabling licensed users to create and edit emails with AI assistance in real time across multiple platforms. The feature is enabled by default, requires no admin changes, and maintains existing policies.

We are enhancing the email drafting experience in Microsoft Outlook by integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot directly into the compose experience.
