We are updating where Cowork usage reporting is accessed as part of ongoing improvements to Viva Insights reporting experiences. Updated Cowork reporting will no longer be available in the Agent Dashboard and is transitioning to other integrated reporting surfaces to provide a more consistent and scalable experience for administrators.
