Microsoft Viva Insights: Transition of Cowork reporting from Agent Dashboard

Cowork usage reporting in Microsoft Viva Insights is moving from the Agent Dashboard to the Microsoft 365 admin center and future Viva Insights reports. New data stopped appearing in the Agent Dashboard as of late June 2026. Administrators must update training and inform stakeholders accordingly.

We are updating where Cowork usage reporting is accessed as part of ongoing improvements to Viva Insights reporting experiences. Updated Cowork reporting will no longer be available in the Agent Dashboard and is transitioning to other integrated reporting surfaces to provide a more consistent and scalable experience for administrators.

• While historical Cowork data will be available, new reporting will no longer be available as of late June 2026.
