Dataverse - Enhance Dataverse record descriptions for Copilot /mention

We are announcing the ability to enhance Dataverse record descriptions for Copilot /mention in Dataverse. This feature will reach public preview on July 13, 2026.

How does this affect me?
With this feature, end users of Microsoft 365 Copilot will see improved Dataverse, Dynamic 365, and Power Apps record references in Context IQ with richer, more descriptive labels that include environment, app, and table information. This makes it easier to identify and select the correct records during Copilot interactions.
