We are announcing the ability to enhance troubleshooting with improved error messaging and evaluation retries in the Dynamics 365 Contact Center. This feature will reach general availability on July 24, 2026.

• Displaying intuitive and actionable error messaging to support troubleshooting when needed and provide clear next steps.
• Providing the ability for supervisors to retry failed evaluations directly from the evaluation grid view.
