We are introducing a new onboarding email experience for group managers who are granted access to Microsoft Copilot Analytics in Viva Insights. This email ensures users clearly understand their access and can begin using Copilot Analytics insights immediately. This update supports improved adoption and productivity by guiding users at the moment access is enabled.

General Availability (Worldwide): Rollout will begin in mid-July 2026 and is expected to complete by late July 2026. Completion timing may vary by region.
