To help reduce notification fatigue and improve focus, Outlook will automatically group email notifications that arrive within a few seconds into a single alert. This enhancement supports personal and team productivity by minimizing interruptions while ensuring users stay informed of new messages.

[Rollout Schedule:]

  • General Availability (Production): Rollout will begin in late June 2026 and is expected to complete by late-July2026
  • General Availability (GCC): Rollout will begin in late July 2026 and is expected to complete by mid-August 2026
  • General Availability (GCC High): Rollout will begin in mid-August 2026 and is expected to complete by mid-September 2026

What will happen:
