We have identified an issue with Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service licensing entitlements that prevent your users from accessing Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps in read-only mode.

How does this affect me?
Users will be unable to access finance and operations apps in read-only mode as expected. We are developing a fix to restore expected read-only access, which we intend to apply to your tenant by mid-July.

This message is for awareness, and no action is required. Access will be restored automatically following the fix deployment.
