Dynamics 365 Sales - Carry out suggested actions faster and more effectively

We are announcing the ability to carry out suggested actions with built-in context and guidance directly within the flow of work in Dynamics 365 Sales. This feature will be available in preview on June 18, 2026.

How does this affect me?
Users will be able to view prioritized recommended actions along with relevant context, insights, and key details needed to complete those actions without additional research. This enables faster execution of tasks such as sending emails or scheduling meetings directly within existing workflows in Dynamics 365, reducing context switching and improving efficiency in deal progression. This feature will be available within the sales workflow as part of recommended actions and will surface directly in user experiences without requiring additional navigation.
