This feature enables Finance Agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot to make financial insights, business research, and ERP data instantly accessible and actionable across the environment. This feature introduces the following capabilities:
- The Feed: The Finance Home feed provides a continuous, context-aware stream of insights, alerts, and recommended actions surfaced by Finance Agents. It is powered by Work IQ, which analyzes signals across user activity, Microsoft 365 context, and connected ERP data to determine what information is most relevant at any given moment.
- Business Intelligence Brief: Finance Agents deliver unified, interactive briefs that combine public web grounding, public financial market data and filings along with internal ERP data.
- ERP Q&A: Users can interact with financial data with natural language in access to core accounts payable and accounts receivable information, including invoice status, payment history, and overdue balances. Finance Agents provide accurate, permission-aware answers sourced directly from the ERP system in multi-turn conversations with preserved context.
