We’re introducing a new file download manager experience in Microsoft Teams to streamline file downloads and reduce on-screen interruptions. This update simplifies download notifications while still making it easy for users to find downloaded files after the download completes.

- Targeted Release: We will begin rolling out in early June 2026 and expect to complete by mid-June 2026.
- General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out in mid-June 2026 and expect to complete by late July 2026 (previously late June).
