  • Users permitted through Viva Insights VFAM controls
  • Tenant needs at least 50 M365 Copilot (Premium) licenses or 50 Viva Insights licenses assigned to use this feature

      • Top groups of active agent users
  • Screenshot 1: The new Overview tab in the Agent Dashboard displays at-a-glance insights including the number of active agents, a ranked list of top used agents, and top groups of active agent users.

    user settings

  • Existing Viva Insights VFAM access controls are respected.
  • The feature is enabled by default for users who already have access to the Agent Dashboard.

[What you can do to prepare:]

  • Review the new Overview experience and assess its impact on your organization’s reporting and governance practices.
  • Verify who has access to the Agent Dashboard by reviewing Viva Insights VFAM controls at the:
    • User level
    • Group level
    • Tenant level
  • Engage your works council or employee representatives, if applicable.
  • Update internal training materials and documentation to reflect the new Overview tab.

Additional details will be available on Microsoft Learn once this functionality is released, in a separate Overview section: Connect to the Agent Dashboard | Microsoft Learn.

[Compliance considerations:]
