Outlook for iOS and iPad will soon add a Workweek calendar view so users can focus on the days they work. This view will help reduce calendar clutter and make it easier to plan schedules on mobile devices.

  • General Availability (Worldwide, GCC and GCC High): Rollout will begin in mid-April 2026 and is expected to complete by mid-May 2026.

What will happen

  • iPad: Users will be able to select Workweek directly from the calendar view picker, alongside Day, Week, and Month views.

  • Workweek configuration: Users will be able to choose which days appear in Workweek by syncing from their default account or by selecting custom days for their device.
