Microsoft Copilot Studio - Enable express mode for flows invoked by an agent or app

We are announcing the ability to enable express mode for flows invoked by an agent or app in Microsoft Copilot Studio. This feature will reach general availability on May 1, 2026.

How does this affect me?
With express mode, agents and apps can receive responses from Power Automate flows more quickly and reliably, ensuring they function as intended. Flows in Copilot Studio that are initiated by an agent or app will fail if the flow takes longer than two minutes to complete and respond back to the calling agent or app. By enabling express mode, users can achieve significantly faster flow run times within the two-minute window.
