Our monitoring identified that Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps per-user license validation is scheduled for your environment.

Per-user license validation applies to all users accessing Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps. After the expiration date, any user without an assigned eligible license in Microsoft 365 admin center will lose access to applicable Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps.

How does this affect me?
30 days prior to the expiration date, users without an assigned license will receive an in-app notification in the applicable Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps prompting them to contact their administrator for a license. During this notification period, users will continue to have access to the app. After the expiration date, unlicensed users will be unable to access applicable Dynamics 365 finance and operations apps until an eligible license is assigned in Microsoft 365 admin center.

What action do I need to take?
To maintain uninterrupted access and reduce potential disruptions, please review available and assigned licenses under Licenses in the Microsoft 365 admin center to ensure licenses are assigned as intended. Also, please regularly review the Finance and Operations User License Consumption report in Power Platform admin center.
