Dynamics 365 Sales - Get additional Dataverse storage capacity

We are announcing additional Dataverse storage capacity for Dynamics 365 Sales. This change will reach general availability on April 15, 2026.

How does this affect me?
As a Dynamics 365 Sales Premium license holder, you will automatically receive an increase in their Dataverse storage capacity. The default per-tenant storage capacity will be increased from 30 GB to 45 GB, and capacity accrued per user subscription license will be increased from 250 MB to 500MB. In addition, Dataverse file capacity will be increased from 40 GB to 60 GB.
