Updated March 26, 2026: We have updated the timeline. Thank you for your patience.

[Introduction]

To help ensure Teams Rooms on Windows remain reliable and ready for meetings, we’re introducing enhanced issue detection and automated remediation for rooms licensed with Teams Rooms Pro. During the nightly reboot, Teams Rooms will automatically detect common audio, video, and display issues and attempt to fix them without requiring admin action. If an issue cannot be resolved automatically, a support ticket is created in the Pro Management portal. This improvement helps reduce room downtime and manual troubleshooting.

This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 557167.
