- Organization leaders who receive tenant‑wide access to Microsoft Copilot Analytics (Viva Insights), either through auto-identified roles or admin role assignment.
What will happen
- Newly assigned users will receive a one‑time onboarding email when they are granted Microsoft Copilot Analytics access:
- The email helps users understand their permissions, available insights, and how to get started.
- No existing admin configuration or policy needs to be updated.
