Details

We are announcing the ability to configure alerts for Microsoft Power Automate work queues from the Monitor section of the Power Platform admin center, allowing admins to monitor queue performance and receive notifications when configured thresholds are reached. This feature is now available for public preview.

How does this affect me?
This feature will allow admins to monitor queue performance and receive notifications when specific thresholds are met.

Supported alert metric:
  • SLA violations: Receive notifications when work items in a queue breach their defined service level agreements.
Alert rules are configured in the Monitor section of the Power Platform admin center and can be scoped to a specific managed environment. Alerts are evaluated every 24 hours, and admins can choose to receive email notifications when an alert is triggered.

What action do I need to take?
This message is for awareness, and no action is required.
