We’re introducing enhancements to article creation and consumption in Engage. These updates provide a more flexible, modern, and accessible way for authors to create long‑form content—making it easier to publish newsletters, structured stories, and rich organizational communications directly within Viva Engage.

- General availability (Worldwide) rollout will begin in early March 2026 and is expected to complete by mid‑March 2026.

Who is affected
- All Viva Engage users who create or read long‑form content (Articles).
What will happen
Users will see an updated article authoring and reading experience, including:
- Modern multi‑column layouts (one‑, two‑, or three‑column) and sidebars
- Inline images with flexible placement
- Image resizing and support for captions
- Automatically generated table of contents based on headings
- Built‑in accessibility improvements including alt‑text support
- The feature will be on by default and does not require admin configuration
There is no impact to existing policies, no changes to admin controls, and no user action required.
