We’re updating the Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption (Power BI) report in Viva Insights to provide a more streamlined experience and deeper insights. This update includes an improved report layout and new power user insights to help Viva Insights analysts better understand sustained Copilot usage patterns, habit formation, and adoption maturity across their organization.

General Availability (Worldwide and GCC): Rollout will begin in mid‑March 2026 and is expected to complete in mid‑March 2026.

• The updated report is available by default once rollout completes.
• Important: Viva Insights analysts must rerun existing or recurring queries to generate the updated report experience and refresh underlying data.
• No changes will be made to your admin configuration, permissions, or existing Viva Insights settings.
