We are announcing the ability to use enhanced verbatim responses for Microsoft Copilot ask a question in Dynamics 365 – Customer Service. This feature will reach general availability on February 28, 2026.

How does this affect me?
Enhanced verbatim responses allow you to tag knowledge articles to indicate to your agent that the content should be presented in its entirety when sent to customer service representatives, providing a direct content viewing experience in ask a question.
