We are announcing the ability to manage the full lifecycle of legal entity bank accounts, including approvals, auditing, and enhanced signer data, in Dynamics 365 Finance. This feature will reach general availability on December 26, 2025.
How does this affect me?
Admins can configure approval workflows for bank account activation, modification, and deactivation, set protected fields that require approval, review proposed changes, track change history for auditing, and manage additional signer data. This helps ensure better control and compliance for all bank account-related activities.
