We are updating the multi-select toolbar in Outlook Mobile. This change will allow users to customize the order and placement of toolbar actions when selecting multiple emails. Users can now Move to Other, Report Junk, Ignore, Pin, and Snooze multiple messages at once.

- General Availability (Worldwide, GCC, GCC High, DoD): Rollout will begin in mid-January 2026 (previously mid-December 2025) and is expected to complete by mid-February 2026 (previously late January).

- Users will be able to customize the multi-select toolbar.
- No admin action is required.
