Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales - Access insights on opportunity while working on emails in Outlook

We are announcing the ability to access insights on opportunity while working on emails in Outlook in Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales. This feature will reach general availability on November 1, 2025.

How does this affect me?
This feature enables an opportunity insights card in Outlook where sellers can learn about the risks, what's happening, and what's upcoming for a given opportunity without having to leave Outlook.

The opportunity Insights card will be visible in Outlook sidecar when an email is saved to an opportunity.

What action do I need to take?
