Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management – Enhance your demand forecasting with additional data inputs

We are announcing the ability to create forecasts that include both historical sales data and the effects of future events and promotions in Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management. This feature will reach general availability on October 31, 2025.

How does this affect me?
With this feature, demand planning in Supply Chain Management now provides capabilities that enhance the accuracy of demand forecasts. The new capabilities introduced by the additional data inputs include:

• Support for multiple signals
• Event and promotion planning
• Additional forecast algorithms
