We are announcing the ability to collect extra customer info without updating your data model​ in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys. This feature will reach general availability on September 30, 2025.

How does this affect me?
With this feature you can gather extra information about your customers by creating any kind of question directly in the marketing form editor without needing to create new custom attributes for your lead or contact entity.
