Summary
Details
Updated August 8, 2025: As part of this update, the existing 1P and 3P settings that impact agents—currently found under Integrated Apps > Available Apps > Settings—will also be surfaced under Copilot > Settings > Data Access > Agents.
We’re improving how admins manage agents in the Microsoft 365 admin center. Agent management is moving from the Integrated apps page to a new, dedicated Agents & connectors page under the Copilot section. This update is part of the broader Copilot Control System and offers a more streamlined experience for discovering, configuring, and managing agents. The update will be available to Copilot for Microsoft 365 users on the Web platform.
This message is associated with Microsoft 365 Roadmap ID 481829.
[When this will happen:]
General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out mid-July 2025 and expect to complete by late August 2025.
[How this will affect your organization:]
Admins will no longer manage agents from the Integrated apps page. Instead, agents will be accessible via Copilot > Agents & connectors in the Microsoft 365 admin center. This new page enhances visibility and control for extensibility scenarios.
This change does not affect the behavior or availability of existing agents. It also does not impact store apps or add-ins, which will continue to be managed under Integrated apps.
[What you need to do to prepare:]
Inform your IT admins about this change.
Update any internal documentation or workflows that reference agent management under Integrated apps.
Familiarize yourself with the new Agents & connectors page by navigating to Copilot > Agents & connectors in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
