We are excited to announce a new feature in the Copilot menu in Word: Fix grammar and spellings. This feature provides a one-click solution to apply all grammar and spelling corrections simultaneously, with the option to review and undo any changes you prefer not to keep.

General Availability (Worldwide): We will begin rolling out by mid-May 2025 (previously late April) and expect to complete by mid-August 2025 (previously mid-June).

[How this will affect your organization:]

Customers will have access to a new feature in their Copilot menu: Fix grammar and spellings. This feature provides a one-click solution to apply all grammar and spelling corrections simultaneously, with the option to review and undo any changes they prefer not to keep.

Users can select text in a Word document to review all the spelling and grammar errors and Copilot will help them fix those errors inline and allow users the ability to review each of the changes made.

This feature is available to users with a Copilot license
