Microsoft Skype interoperability with Microsoft Teams will retire on May 1, 2025. Teams users will no longer communicate with Skype accounts after this date. We will retire Microsoft Skype interoperability from Microsoft Teams on May 1, 2025. Teams users will no longer be able to communicate with Skype accounts after this change is implemented.
