A forward-looking maintenance forecast gives organizations earlier visibility into expected work so they can anticipate labor, skills, parts, and scheduling demand across the asset population. This supports more proactive operational planning and helps teams identify periods of concentrated demand before they result in resource conflicts, parts shortages, or delayed maintenance. Feature detail Provide a forecast of maintenance events expected within a selected future planning horizon. Bring together events calculated from calendar schedules, actual meter usage, sequential maintenance plans, and projected usage based on meter history. Allow planners to understand when maintenance is expected and which assets, plans, and activities contribute to the forecast. Expected activity duration and other planning information from the maintenance definition can be used to represent the likely operational demand. The forecast provides visibility before work orders are generated. As schedules, meter readings, and usage predictions change, the expected maintenance demand can be refreshed to reflect the latest plan.
