Microsoft Entra: Account Discovery for Application Access Governance.

Account discovery provides visibility into who has access to connected applications by discovering local and orphaned accounts and identifying accounts that can be matched to Microsoft Entra ID users. Account discovery will help administrators identify access that exists outside of Microsoft Entra ID Governance and bring that access under governance—simplifying application onboarding while improving visibility and control over application access.
