Outlook: Improved interaction in the subject header section on Outlook on the Web and New Outlook for Windows

The subject header section that shows up at the top when reading an email will be improved. This includes the component that contains meeting information when looking at a meeting invitation and other similar components. The subject header section will be more sensitive to available space and allow for a more comfortable reading experience when on smaller screens or on displays with high scale factors. #newoutlookforwindows
