Microsoft Purview compliance portal: Data Loss Prevention-Improving DLP Policy tip text for matched recipients in Outlook win32

We are updating the DLP Policy tip text in Outlook windows desktop client that appears when end users attempt to send a sensitive email to recipients who are not authorized by your organization's DLP policies. Users will soon receive a more gentle policy tip nudge to review recipients and content before sending email.
