Outlook: Labeling email from attachment's label in Outlook on the web and New Outlook

Outlook on the web and New Outlook will match the highest sensitivity label from attachments on email. Admins can configure this either using the cmdlet set-label policy advanced setting or the Compliance portal to configure the label policy (Roadmap 100158). Customers will automatically see or will be recommended that an email gets the higher label from an attachment's label. #newoutlookforwindows
